Dade County deputies along with drug task force agents arrest man wanted in three North west Georgia

Jason Durham was arrested this afternoon by Dade County Sheriff's Deputies and Drug Task Force Agents. The Sheriff's Office received threats on their online account placing law enforcement on notice that if they attempted to apprehend this subject Officers would be killed in the process. During the warrant service, Durham surrendered peacefully and without violence contrary to the threats made. Durham will not only face felony charges in Dade County, but will also face felony charges in Catoosa and Walker Counties as well.
