Police looking for suspect after a man was shot to death in his Paulding County home

Paulding County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a deadly shooting in Paulding County,

Ga.It happened Friday around 12:39 a.m. inside a house in the 500 block of Crestbend Lane.

Sgt. Ashley Henson said deputies received a call from a woman saying her 34-year-old husband had been shot. When they arrived they found him dead inside the home.Police are looking for one to possibly three suspects and said the victim was shot multiple times. His body was found in the foyer of the home. Deputies believe the wife and the children were in a different part of the home when the shooting happened. The circumstances surrounding his death are still unknown, but police are on the scene investigating.GBI is assisting with the investigation. Agents from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrived at about 4:30 a.m. The station is reporting that the man's wife is cooperating with police. It was unclear whether she saw the shooting, but the two children were not believed to have seen it.There were no signs of forced entry
