Vehicle Goes Airborne During Crash On Hwy 27 Near The Triangle In Trion, Ga

Dispatchers received a call shortly before 2:00 PM Tuesday afternoon about a single vehicle accident N Hwy 27 near the Triangle shopping center in Trion. Upon arrival police discovered a vehicle with possible injuries and entrapment. Local law enforcement, GSP along with station 4, 9,12 and EMS station 14 responded to the crash. Upon arrival station 12 advised no injuries and that the patient was out of the vehicle walking around. Station 9 and 4 were canceled shortly after. A witness to the crash stated he saw the driver lose control of the vehicle going into the ditch. He said the driver tried to correct the vehicle before hitting the embankment causing her vehicle to jump and go airborne. He said to was like watching a movie scene except in real life. Unknown any further about the crash at this time.
