A Shed Goes Up In Flames In Walker County Near The County Line
Walker County 911 said firefighters from Walker and Chattooga County were dispatched around 12 p.m. Tuesday to a structure fire near 160 block of Bigham Road in Trion. Walker County Emergency Services, along with the Georgia Department of Corrections Station 4 (Hays) and Station 8 firefighters, responded to the scene. Puckett EMS responded as well. Upon arrival Firefighters discovered a 24x70 outbuilding/shed engulf in flames with structure in danger they quickly went into defense mode. No injuries were reported
. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
