Police Pursuit In Catoosa County Goes Across State Lines Reaching Triple Digit Speeds On I-75

Around 7:15 PM Friday evening police in Catoosa County attempted to pull over a motorcycle. The motorcyclist took off from police leading them on a chase before going onto I-75 into Tennessee reaching speeds of a 100 MPH. Police asked help from the surrounding agencies, Chattanooga PD advised they would not be engaging in the pursuit due to policy. The chase continued in Tennessee before Police self terminated for safety reasons on Lee Highway after one officer said he almost got hit.
